Sunset Resort Services controls entry to your property by contractors, and supervises every maintenance and repair. Clean up after the job and assuring that your guest remains happy at all times is our goal.

We offer our services for a yearly retainer of $1,195.00 for access to our on-call service and extended pool of expert contractors. Each repair & maintenance service is then billed as needed upon occurrence. This plan is perfect for a property owner who has no management company.
